Return Policy
Information about refunds and returns for Wlozarinshkhel training and packages.
This Return Policy applies to digital marketing training and price packages purchased from Wlozarinshkhel at wlozarinshkhel.ddd. Please read it before purchasing. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand) are not excluded by this policy.
General Legal Requirements
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand), you have rights when you buy goods or services as a consumer. Our training and packages must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. If they do not meet these guarantees, you may have rights to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund). This Return Policy sets out how we handle returns and refunds in addition to your statutory rights.
Return Period
You may request a refund within the period stated at the time of purchase (for example, within 14 days of purchase or before a specified amount of course content has been accessed). If no period is stated, contact us as soon as reasonably possible if you are not satisfied. Eligibility may depend on how much of the course content you have accessed.
Return Conditions
- Your request must be made within the return period
- You must provide your name, the package you purchased, and the reason for your request
- We may assess eligibility based on course access and usage
- Some packages or promotional offers may have different terms (see Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions)
Cost of Return Delivery
Our services are digital (online training and access to content). There is no physical product to return, so no return shipping applies. If you have received any physical materials (e.g. printed materials) as part of a package, we will advise you of any return delivery costs when you contact us.
Return Process
- Send your refund request using the contact form or email on our contact page
- Include your name, the package you purchased, order or payment reference if you have it, and the reason for your request
- We will respond and confirm whether your request is eligible
- If approved, we will process the refund in line with our Refund Procedure
Non-Returnable Items
In addition to any exclusions stated at the time of purchase:
- Packages or content where you have completed or accessed a significant portion may not be eligible for a full refund; we may offer a partial refund or credit where appropriate
- Promotional or discounted packages may have different refund terms as stated at purchase
- Where the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply (e.g. business purchases), our standard return period and conditions apply as stated
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order before access to the training or package has been provided. Once you have been given access or have started using the content, the Return Period and Return Conditions above apply instead of cancellation. To cancel before access, contact us as soon as possible using the contact page.
Refund Procedure
- Approved refunds will be processed using the same method you used to pay (e.g. same card or account)
- Processing times may vary; we will aim to complete refunds within a reasonable time
- Access to course content may be withdrawn once a refund is completed
- We will confirm when the refund has been processed
